| If I could give a 10 star to Billings Automotive, I would ! Dean has passed on the reigns to the very capable Mike who is continuing with the outstanding service and friendly feeling that we always felt when going there. ( after being referred by a neighbour) I would send my mother there and not worry about her being scared into repairs that aren?t needed. For a whole year we have been struggling with our cruise control which would disengage itself after about 10 minutes. I finally found a correlation between using a turning signal and it disengaging. During our recent visit I told Mike about my findings and the need to get to the bottom of this as we require this to work for an upcoming long drive. One of Mike?s technicians noticed in his checks that the taillight bulbs had been replaced with LED which could cause a drop, potentially interfering. After taking the car for an extensive test drive, he was satisfied that the issue had been resolved, which it has. Beyond happy, let the road trip begin. |
